At TRX, I designed and developed The TRAVELTRAX Matrix, a sales and training online tool.
Originally, the idea was presented to me as a static website with a questionnaire for a linear approach. After assessing the sales department's needs, I suggested a non-linear approach, and developed a site that did not require navigating to different pages. Instead, the information is loaded dynamically, tailored to suit the needs of the user.
Because the Matrix enabled sales to launch functional reports and FLEX dashboards, it became an invaluable tool for sales demonstrations, which boosted sales nearly 10% for two consecutive quarters.
